  Building renovations

  I have nothing but high praise for Ray and his team and would 100% recommend them for any building or renovation works you might be considering. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their work. I used many of their services including project management, building, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, hard landscaping, new kitchen/diner, painting and conservatory. The team, Jay and Steve, are likeable experienced perfectionists. “Geoff” the apprentice was equally personable and showed great maturity for a lad of just 18 years old. I would not hesitate to use them again 100%

  Remedial work & decoration on gable end

  Brickwork repair

  The customer contacted me on Saturday 18 January to request a quotation . They then left his negative review on Wednesday 22 January stating i had not replied to him . That is only 5 days after his enquiry and 2 of those days were weekend days . I respectfully suggest that they didn't allow enough time for me to reply to him. I am pleased to say i have now contacted person and went to see him on Saturday 25 Jan to assess the work needed. I am now in the process of writing up his quotation and aim to deliver it to him by Saturday 1 February.

  Chimney re rendering/refurbishment of outbuilding

  Ray is a pleasure to work with - he provides sensible quotes and explanations of the work required, sets out the timetable and sticks to it. His team were great to have with us - they were efficient and got on with the job and were extremely pleasant. Although there is always relief when a project is completed we were sorry to see them go.

  Repairs to chimney breast

  Ray completed this job in a timely fashion. A huge bonus for us was that we could leave him to organise everything, including the scaffolding. This was an outside job, we gave him the key code and he just got on with it. The problem is now rectified and we are very pleased. Ray also saw to another couple of jobs including a tile repair whilst he was 'up there' at no extra cost.
