The customer contacted me on Saturday 18 January to request a quotation . They then left his negative review on Wednesday 22 January stating i had not replied to him . That is only 5 days after his enquiry and 2 of those days were weekend days . I respectfully suggest that they didn't allow enough time for me to reply to him. I am pleased to say i have now contacted person and went to see him on Saturday 25 Jan to assess the work needed. I am now in the process of writing up his quotation and aim to deliver it to him by Saturday 1 February.
