  100% honest, 100% committed and hugely knowledgeable...

  Called in RAM Drainage to help investigate a courtyard drain which was backing up. The drain is a combined soakaway and feeds into the local storm sewer system. Mark arrived on time, spent an hour running cameras down the drain, diagnosed the problem as an unemptied silt filter, removed excess silt, cleaned the drain, showed me how to monitor and maintain the filter in the future, and then... REFUSED all payment has he hadn't actually had to fix anything. Unbelievably impressive in every way.

  Excellence work carried out by the lads they New exactly what they was doing they got straight on with it and when it was done, they tidied up after themselves and it doesn’t look like they’ve even been 100% would recommend RAM drainage CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY BANG ON thank you guys yet again..

  Great drainage company

  We contacted RAM for a second quote after the first one we received came back eye-wateringly expensive. I spoke to Ant on the phone, who asked if they could carry out their own survey — and specifically asked us not to tell him what we'd already been quoted. His only promise was that he'd beat it. They did the survey completely free of charge, which we really appreciated, as the first company we'd paid to survey the drains never properly supplied us with the video footage. Mark came out to carry out RAM's survey and was extremely thorough — he walked me through exactly what I'd previously bee

  New Trap and gully lined

  New Trap fitted and Gully lined, tree roots removed. Checked all the Gully with cctv and suggested I consider the other half at another time. Also mentioned my toilet appeared to be leaking... it was, I had never thought to check! So whilst that's another urgent job I am grateful for them telling me! Anthony called as soon as my quote was submitted and signposted what to look for when getting quotes and what equipment would be needed. Ross and Ryan came the following day to quote and I asked them to do the gully there and then. I would highly recommend, job finished and concrete colour matched nicely now the sun has dried it.

  Unblocking of foul drain and re-lining to repair

  RAM did a great job with quickly diagnosing our issue and finding a solution. They communicated with me throughout, did the work as described and left the house clean and tidy afterwards.
