  Blocked drain, from the downstairs toilet

  We had blocked drains at the front of the house. Steve from R. A. M came and cleared the drains. He washed the pipes out. Jet washed the area. A camera ( no extre cost ) was put down the pipes. He showed the completed job and that the pipes and drain were working correctly. The cost and work, were explained to me, before the work was started. Steve was a very helpful and friendly guy.

  Rang me immediately, I was still working in the Checkatrade website. Advised charges on telephone. Said could be at property, and arrived at stated time. Jetted the drain and cleared the blockage. Overall an excellent service. Very pleased. Would be happy to recommend and use again

  Fixing drain issue

  Very responsive, came out at a days notice (early on a Sunday). Had drain flooding down shared driveway and all fixed there and then. Both people I dealt with very friendly and explained everything along the way.
