I am buying a house in Somerset and I used RAM drainage solutions for a home drain survey. What a brilliant company . At every stage they communicated clearly and promptly. If you’re buying a house I would 100% recommend this company for the survey. Fully recommend. The evidence was brilliant and fully explained. Even highlighted topics which a full level 3 house survey did not pick up. Which were super important to understand before buying .

Ant and his team were brilliant. They were in touch super quickly and explained what we should be looking for in a plumber and some red flags to look out for. George was able to come out the same day and got the problem sorted very quickly. I felt the price was extremely reasonable as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Once the workman had checked, we realised that there wasn't actually a problem with the drainage. They said they wouldn't charge us because they were only on site for approx 30 mins. I didn't think this was fair and gave them a payment to compensate them for their time. I was very impressed with their honesty and fairness and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

They did not come first day I booked an appointment and arrived 30 mins late on second. Did litle effort to unblock drain and said i needed a new gulley costing over a 1200 . I said no wilm sort if myself cost 150 for nothing

Turned up earlier then stated but they did let me know did the job and sorted it cleaned up afterwards would recommend them

Prompt initial response and very quick to quote for job and completed it a few day later. Turned up on time and was able to complete the job with all the necessary materials. Knowledgeable individual with plenty of experience and nice and polite. Great job, cheers.
