We had works carried out by 2 very professional and polite technicians....they stayed in contact from start to finish. They followed my instructions regarding my Dogs....giving me time to put them in a safe area. 1 of my Dogs was barking due to nerves...they didn't talk whilst inside properly...they seem to have a understanding of my Dogs nerves....it helped to calm her down...they were so excellent and done a fantastic job.
