I have used RAD property solutions for carrying out repairs to my bathroom due to a leak. It was a complex job as the shower tray had to be replaced and underfloor repaired with wall tiles and glass partition meaning access was difficult. They were extremely prompt and professional in finding a practical solution and completing the job.

I met the owner Mahmoud and the vibe I got from him was that he was an honest tradesman. Anda, his tradesman arrived on time, completed the work to a very high standard and the site was restored as to how he found it. I give RAD Property Solutions Ltd the highest possible score and highly recommend the company to anyone new on Checkatrade seeking an honest and reputable tradesman. I would most definitely use this company again in future.

I had requested some work be carried out at my apartment to change the fusebox, and add in a couple of extra circuits for household appliances. Rad turned up on time, and quickly set about completing the installation. The quality of workmanship was good, and team took great care to understand my requirements, and ensure that everything was exactly to my liking. Whilst working on the property they noticed an additional issue in the bathroom, and set about fixing this too. The electrical safety certificate was received a couple of days later via email. I'm very happy with the work.
