10 Great work from start to finish

A fantastic company. Thoughtful, respectful and brilliant at the work they do. From our first meeting to the lads leaving they were excellent. We had our windows done, and with a toddler it's not always easy, but the lads treated our house as if it was their own. The workmanship was excellent. We received excellent service from Radiance Doors from first contact to job completion. Communication was friendly but professional throughout the whole process. From first contact through to job completion I received clear and prompt communication, guidance into my options as required and ultimately, well fitted doors exactly matching the agreed ask. A really great experience from start to finish and I would recommend. Apologies it's taken me a while to complete this review. Great experience. Had secondary glazing installed to block out sound from a busy road. Fair price, nice family run business and the lads who installed the glazing were so friendly and polite. Radiance Doors is a family business that takes great pride in their company. From the first contact with Claire, the friendliness and genuine customer care were truly outstanding. Claire offered friendly, helpful advice and the quote was very competitive without comprising on quality which is of premium standard. Radiance Doors is a family business with family values. The Directors, Richard and Claire have been in the window and door industry for a combined total of forty plus years and are very much hands on.
Richard has held senior roles in various related businesses and has built up a strong understanding of what excellent customer service means.
