I contacted Radiance via Checkatrade and the initial communication was excellent, very friendly, helpful and rapid. I had no hesitation giving them to the go ahead and within four weeks the bifolds have been fitted. The guys arrived on time, were very courteous and the works completed very satisfactorily. From the first phone call to the last email, via the installation, Radiance have been superb. They are friendly and professional, the work was carried out to a high standard, with everything kept clean and tidy, with as little disruption as possible. I recently had windows and doors installed by Radiance Doors & Windows and am extremely pleased with the result. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and everything was completed to a very high standard. A special thank you to Tom and Matt who carried out the installation. They were both friendly and professional throughout the job. Radiance Doors is a family business with family values. The Directors, Richard and Claire have been in the window and door industry for a combined total of forty plus years and are very much hands on.
Richard has held senior roles in various related businesses and has built up a strong understanding of what excellent customer service means.
