Really glad I chose Radiance.They’re a family-run business, not just family-owned, and that shows in how they operate. Everything went exactly as it should have, from communication to installation and even how they cleaned up afterwards.They were punctual, professional & took time to explain how to get the best functionality and longevity out of the new windows. I think it’s important to include negatives in a review too - but honestly, I couldn’t find a single single issue with anything.This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with tradespeople in a long time. From the initial meeting with Richard and Claire to the lads tidying up after they finished the job everything about our new windows and door was a great experience. I cannot rate this company high enough from start to finish. What i thought would be a stressful experience was turned into anything but. Claire gave ideas and suggestions for the property and Matt and Tom were faultless throughout the installation. Their workmanship is flawless and the attention to detail was superb. They are a true credit to the team. They left each area without being able to tell they had even been there and this was a full house replacement. Job location: BL8Very impressive. We got advice about our options and when we decided the turned very quick. Probably best of all was the service of the fitters who were on time, clean and the work was completed to a really high standard - they even fixed the locking system on another door that wasn’t even part of the job. Highly recommended.10 Radiance Doors and Windows- excellent family company.

Job location: BL8I would highly recommend Radiance Doors and Windows, Richard, Claire and indeed the fitters were brilliant, I can’t fault them. Excellent communication, price and quality products… extremely clean and respectful when in your home. I will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Radiance Doors is a family business with family values. The Directors, Richard and Claire have been in the window and door industry for a combined total of forty plus years and are very much hands on.
Richard has held senior roles in various related businesses and has built up a strong understanding of what excellent customer service means.
