When Richard did the initial consultation we were pleasantly surprised about the depth of knowledge he demonstrated. Through gentle conversation he was able to design a solution that fitted our security goals and general aesthetic requirements. Tom and Matt (the lads that did the installation) were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and respectful with great attention to detail and extremely tidy. Although not the cheapest, the high quality finish and quality of materials used to make the windows and doors are worth every penny.

I've just had a Composite Front Door fitted and I am very pleased with the workmanship. From the point of enquiry and the visit by Richard everything was great. The customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble Claire who I liased with was very good. I would certainly have them again and would recommend them highly.

I have used Radiance a number of times to replace windows and doors in our homes and have always been absolutely delighted with the service delivered. So when it was time to replace a large bay window and standard kitchen window at my mums house, there was only one company I was going to use. As expected Radiance delivered another exceptional service in every respect from providing advice and options of what style of windows could be fitted, to a fantastic installation of both windows.

Arranged a new composite door with Radiance. Reasonable price (they actually told us we’d paid too much so are sorting a refund!), good communication, quick and quality fitting. Really pleased.
