Hassan was great with communication. Ahsan came to do the job, he did need to return to correct the hand held part that was fitted too high but he can back the next day and sorted it without question. I will use them again. Managers communication understanding what I required was excellent. The young man he sent to carry out the work was chosen correctly, he carried out all the complicated pipe work for fitting a thermostatic bidet spray very excellent work was very happy with piping chasing in wall the bracket the thermostatic valve all fitted beautifully aesthetically pleasing hidden piping secure. I would have said faultless as all the complicated work was carried out perfect. The easy part the hose was just communication error needed to just confirm where I wanted the hose. Other than this.
