The tradesman gave an initial good first impression. He gave the quote and we agreed the price for taking radiator off before decorating and putting back on once it was done. This was quoted online via Checkatrade.
When we contacted him to refit the radiator he asked for more money! Why ? Price agreed !
When we questioned this he said it was because he had to come back to refit it.
Of course he would have to come back after decorating work was completed, this is what we agreed.
Silly me paid him in full initially I'll know better next time.
Would not use again, or recommend !!

Thank you for your feedback. There appears to have been a misunderstanding. The original £75 quote was for removing the radiator, with refitting to be carried out on a later visit for a standard call-out charge, which was explained at the time. We removed the radiator as agreed; however, we were not contacted again to return and refit it. As no return visit took place, we did not charge or request any additional payment beyond what was discussed. We are always happy to clarify any details and resolve any confusion directly.
