  Kitchen Upgrade

  AVOID THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! Dishonest, disorganised and unprofessional. They failed to follow clear instructions and the tiling was completed incorrectly, which they later admitted. They offered only a £150 reduction and even suggested charging extra to fix their own mistake. They also added an unagreed £30 charge and are now refusing to honour the £150 reduction previously offered. Despite our efforts to resolve things fairly, they have remained inflexible and are now threatening court action. Completely unacceptable from start to finish — AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

  Hi Tom, we do not accept the inaccuracies in your review. This matter was also raised through Checkatrade and reviewed, but no resolution was reached. The issue raised was the orientation of the tiling, not the quality of the workmanship. The tiling was completed in line with the revised estimate accepted in writing before the works went ahead. We made reasonable offers to resolve the matter, which were not accepted.   Ricky was very helpful and did a clean, good job.

  Ricky was very friendly and helpful and was quick with fixing my curtains. His quote was very reasonable. The job was well done, and left very neat and clean.

  Refitting of bathroom

  R1K gutted and refitted our bathroom. Rick was extremely helpful with advising us and overcoming any problems. He was friendly and kept us informed of all the works being carried out. Will definitely use R1K again.
