  Thank you to Michael Quirk and his hard working team for our bedroom makeover. Mr Quirk is very professional and helpful and pays great attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble and all work is carried out in a timely manner. I shall be using Quirks Property Maintenance again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them.   Garage Conversion in Chester

  We recently had a garage conversion done by Quirks in Chester, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team were professional, reliable, and always kept us up to date. They were polite, tidy, and really easy to have around and also provide amazing aftercare. They even dealt directly with Building Control, which took a lot of stress off us. The new space has completely transformed our home, giving us a proper area to work from each day. I 100% recommend Quirks and will use them again.

  Top class, honest and reliable builders

  Quirks Property Maintenance are a top class operator. Honest, exact and professional. It's important however to carefully document what they are required to do and what you need to supply so that you avoid unnecessary confusion later on. But you can't fault their workmanship which is of the highest standard.

  Internal Renovation Work

  Internal renovation work carried out to include fitting of a disabled toilet. Found Michael (Quirks) to be very helpful from providing us with a quote, throughout the alterations and adapting to our needs. Work was completed to a high standard by his professional contractors, within our time frame and the results are very pleasing.
