  Quirks Property Maintenance are a top class operator. Honest, exact and professional. It's important however to carefully document what they are required to do and what you need to supply so that you avoid unnecessary confusion later on. But you can't fault their workmanship which is of the highest standard.

  Internal Renovation Work

  Internal renovation work carried out to include fitting of a disabled toilet. Found Michael (Quirks) to be very helpful from providing us with a quote, throughout the alterations and adapting to our needs. Work was completed to a high standard by his professional contractors, within our time frame and the results are very pleasing.

  Remove internal wall between kitchen and lounge. Install new window in side wall. Block up door

  Found Mikes details after being let down by other builders failing to get back. His communication at every stage of the project was quick, efficient and he advised on building regulations , to remove an internal wall between the kitchen and lounge and install a new side window. From start to finish, the building team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my home. The workmanship is top-notch, with careful attention to structural details and a seamless finish where the wall used to be. The builders ensured everything was tidy at the end of each day, and the whole project

  Definitely woth contacting for your building needs.

  I found Quirks on Checkatrade and asked them for a quote. They responded quickly. They were professional, organised, methodical, friendly and easy to deal with. They helped with Building Control and expertly liaised with them in order to sort out any potential build issues. I was very impressed by their thoroughness and helpfulness. The only reason they didn't use them to complete the garage build is that they had other work booked in which meant they couldn't fit us in in the timescale we needed at this time.
