From my initial enquiry on here, Quirks were in touch via email really quickly offering me some advice in terms of first steps such as getting a Structual Engineer initially to draw up plans. Michael then visited the site and provided a very competitive quote. Work started slightly earlier than schedule, the lads were all brilliant, polite and courteous. Site was tidied and left really clean everyday (even mopping up floors etc.) Communication throughout was brilliant and Michael and the team were all approachable and honest throughout the process. Brilliant company.

Took time to understand what was needed and any concerns and anticipated problems. Responded quickly be email. Great at working around my schedule so that I could get away to work. Very tidy work - the team even mopped any dirt from my kitchen floor before I got home. I always knew exactly when the team were going to arrive and they did so on time. Very happy with the job done and early than predicted.

From first contact with Mike everything went very smoothly and efficiently. We had a damp proof course..Aco drainage and a Trickle vent installed. Excellent tradesmen. Extremely clean and tidy and very respectful of us and our property. I would highly recommend Quirks.

I can highly recommend this place as it didn't even took a week between me messaging them first time to job being fully carried out all waste taken care off and builders on place very friendly and professional, everything was explain to the smallest detail. Looking forward to my renovation with trusted place like this.

The team arrived just after 7 each morning and worked until dark. They cleaned up each day, leaving the site immaculate and were always friendly. We were pleased with the original quote and really appreciate a company which shows up exactly when they say they will. While on the job they identified some broken bricks which would need to be replaced. While we ultimately asked them to carry out the additional work, we never felt pressured.

We contacted Michael from Quirks to carry out repairs to a crack in the wall under our bedroom window. After being given quotes from several builders who all suggested different methods of repair with varying prices, we had our own structural survey carried out and were told that the wall needed securing back to the house using the Helix system which involves drilling through the wall and screwing metal bars into the floor joists to secure the wall. I can only say that Michael and his team did a fantastic job. The work was done in less than 2 weeks to a very high standard. Highly recommended
