  Had a problem with rats in the cavity walls and loft.

  Phoned Steve and he came within the hour. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Throughly checked the inside and outside of the property. Spotted signs of rats so gave great advice and put poison in place. Even advised my neighbours who were having problems. He’s coming back at the end of the week to check on any progress. Would highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.

  Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and good price!

  My dog's nose was giving indication of the presence of vermin, so I contacted QPM after reading excellent reviews. This was in the busy period before Christmas, but Steven came the same day, and left pellets in the area in question, but safely for my dog. He also looked for entry points but agreed to trust the dog's instincts, which meant getting another firm to do drain repairs. Later, Stephen returned to seal off where the rodents had chewed through the back of my cupboard under the sink and to close off a long gap at ground level. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, good price! 10/10!

  A genuine expert

  Steve comprehensively assessed my property inside and out to a degree I was not expecting. He accounted for the behaviour of my pet cat in making his assessment. He is clearly highly knowledgeable in his subject and is also a genuinely nice bloke. He took a call from me after the visit to clarify a small matter- many would not have done that. If I have any further problems I won’t hesitate to give him a call.

  Steve checked the loft, found the vent the rats were coming in - blocked the entrance and left the treatment in case the rats were still in the house.

  The wasps are gone!!

  Steve responded to my request promptly and confirmed price and availability for the next day. He explained in detail how the wasp nest develops and what would happen over the course of the day after treatment. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at rest. I’m really happy to say, it worked and there are no wasps hanging around anymore.
