I frustratingly posted a job, needing help beyond my knowledge on a pest issue. Steve arrived before I’d even been able to get home from dropping the kids off at school and set about even before I’d said hello. That efficiency continued throughout the morning. Not only did he diagnose the root of the problem and deal with it, he went the extra mile in helping neighbouring builders deal with their side of the issue as well. So grateful to have such a calming and kind person to help deal with something that was causing quite a lot of anxiety!

I rang Steve on Saturday explaining our problem by 9:30 am on Sunday he was with us explaining the reason for our unwanted visitor. He quickly carried out an inspection finding a hole left after the plumbing had been redirected. This was filled and other potential gaps were also treated. Three days later he arrived to carry out a second inspection - there was no evidence of any further activity. On each visit he was so professional and remarkably knowledgeable about nature and the hazards we faced. I cannot speak too highiy about the service he provided, including value for money.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. Came within a day of me calling and returned a second time to ensure all bases were covered in ensuring we no longer had mice. Really friendly guy and would recommend him highly.

Steve did a great job. Located where the pest was coming from and dealt with it straightaway.

he was hired to do a treatment for couple of flats from rodents. i was surprised after he started the work and attending once ,he then text me to say he is not happy to deal with this job anymore and he can not help any further at this time despite reassuring me he will do the job as agreed and i was happy to pay him the required cost and I already paid him what he requested. I was immensely disappointed. i found this unacceptable to agree to a job then leave people hanging and it is completely unfair.
