we'd inherited a cracked toilet bowl with a new property. Josh got in touch straight away and was there replacing the toilet in 48hrs. Josh was excellent, got in touch really quickly and his communication was great. We Sent pics of the job got a quote and booked the appointment. He came on time, kept everything clean and tidy. A tenant reported a broken toilet flush and was left without a flushing toilet in the house. I called QR and Josh answered - Very polite and friendly. Given the nature of the issue, he was flexible enough to attend same day and replace the broken components. Tenant remarked he was very friendly and has done a great job.
