My toilet was fixed within days. We conversed on the phone. I sent images of the issue and I received a quote for the work. He talked me through what the job required and made sure it was clear. He completed the work, stuck to the price quote even though I believe he took longer than expected. I would use him again. He did exactly what he said he would do and his communication was clear and timely

Josh from QR Domestic Plumbing contacted me about the job and asked for some photos of the job , he then come back to me with a quote , his communication about the job was excellent , finally someone who turns up when he says he will , was very professional did a fantastic job of replacing my bath and basin taps , price quotes was the price I paid .
