  Hot Water Cylinder Replacement

  Required a new hot water cylinder to be installed, when making initial contact with Mark, he came across very friendly over the phone and was very efficient when coming to review the works that we was looking to have carried out. From the first visit to completion, Mark was very polite and very professional and went the extra mile to carry out the works required. Very tidy work! would highly recommend to all.

  Shower fitting.

  Contacted Mark on Tuesday about shower heater not working. After discussion I decided to have a new shower fitted. Once the shower i ordered had been sent. Mark came around on a Saturday to fit it. He cleaned up after himself and was friendly and wore shoe covers to protect carpet. The shower is great more powerful than the last one. I have used Mark before and will continue to use him, as find him reliable and honest. Thank you for a great job Mark.

  Broken Syphon

  Mark is as professional, friendly, and reliable as they come. The toilet syphon broke so we were unable to flush the toilet. Mark got the parts, turned up and replaced it quickly as promised. Always a friendly guy and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Mark! H & K.

  Keeping an appointment is more than just a curtesy.

  One excuse after another. Injured knee I was able to be sympathetic for, having another job turn p that was more important, maybe, but having booked they van into the garage for the same day as your fourth appointment and still not turn up I felt was the last straw.
