    Fitting a new thermostatic cartridge on shower

    Mark fitted a replacement cartridge that I had previously purchased. Despite a bit of difficulty removing the old cartridge and back nut, he persevered and the job was a success so I was a happy customer. I would not hesitate to use Mark for other plumbing jobs that crop up

    Home emergency

    I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling on Father’s Day (Sunday) . I found QM Plumbing and Heating who I had used to do a job a few years ago . I left a message hoping for a call on the Monday morning. Mark from QM Plumbing called me two minutes later and talked me through the issue and explained how I could stop the water coming through my ceiling. We arranged for a new tap which was leaking and some other work I needed This was completed to an excellent standard. Mark probably saved me from a massive bill as I am sure the kitchen ceiling would have caved in. Thank you so much Mark

    Mark did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was friendly, and professional. He explained what needed fixing and got everything sorted. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and he even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still working as it should. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark.

    Honest Reliable and Fair Rates

    Needed an emergency plumber. Mark called instantly and was in the area. Arrived when he said he would. Solved the immediate emergency and was honest that the test of the job would be better done by specialist. His charges were fair and reasonable. He was honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.
