  Excellent service. Had a problem with water leak needing attention to the toilet cistern. Rapid response & problem sorted. Both Dave & his son were very curteous & respected my property. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

  After my boy (and turned out wife) effort to block our toilet was a success. QHI came out to help at ridiculous o'clock in the evening. They worked late into the early hours working and didn't charge me through the nose.

  Highly recommended! Dave and his son fixed a pipe that I had managed to puncture when attempting to hang a picture above a radiator. They attended promptly, were polite, very tidy and, most important, fixed the leak. They then took care to make sure the pressure in my boiler was correct and that all my radiators were in working order. I think Dave could have charged me more than he did so I very much appreciated his fair pricing.

  I called QHI last Saturday evening with a washing machine leak. Dave came out promptly and not only fixed the problem but also made alterations to the existing pipework to make it more accessible. Gabriel from the team also assisted. They did an excellent job at a very fair rate. They were very considerate and are clearly highly skilled. They have a lovely cheerful manner and it was apparent that they take genuine pleasure in helping their customers, and are 100% dedicated to providing a first class service. I have since asked them to replace the stop tap. Again, they did an excellent job.
