Needed a new kitchen sink plumbed asap, after trying many of our local plumbers not one was available to come next day and carry out the job, But Dave and Jade traveled all the way from Cwmbran and came next day to tackle the job, very friendly and professional would highly recommend.

I required an emergency plumber to repair a leaking WC on a Sunday morning. Dave came to my house within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, alongside highlighting other issues that were caused by poor installation when it was fitted by Complete Bathrooms Cwmbran, including not even securing the WC to the floor! Dave rectified all the faults and the WC is now securely fitted and functioning at it should.

Very polite, was kept informed of works required and how they would be rectified, and double checking with myself before proceeding with additional works.

Very polite punctual and kept us informed on how the work was going. The job was done in the time stated in the quote and at the exact amount, despite Dave carrying out extra work, mess was kept to a minimum, very professional, will definitely use QHI again.
