The doors were completed, the handles that were supplied by the customer were of very low quality. The customer then changed their mind over the sliding door, full door to be changed to an expensive glass replacement on the morning of installation. They weren't happy with the additional cost. My reviews speak for themselves. I have a great customer base. I cannot supply a more expensive door at my cost or accept responsibility for shoddy materials supplied to myself.
