I recently had a new door fitted to an old frame, and the service was outstanding. The installer was professional from start to finish, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and secure. The door itself is of excellent quality, and the fitting was seamless. I was impressed by how efficiently the job was completed. I would definitely recommend this service and plan to have the same installer return for future door installations. Highly satisfied with the overall experience!

Rob was hired to install five internal doors and 1 sliding door over 2 days. On day 1, he fitted the doors but left them incomplete, as none of the handles were installed, meaning they couldn’t close. Before day 2, I asked if the sliding door could be changed to one with glass, which irritated him, though he agreed to return on Tuesday to finish everything. He demanded full payment for the incomplete work, which I paid. However, he didn’t return, blocked my number, and, after my partner contacted him, promised to return but failed to show and blocked her too. Unreliable and unprofessional.
