Sam arrived promptly. Explained clearly what he was going to do. Worked efficiently and cleanly. Summarised findings and explained how to access service data a reading on boiler efficiency. Very polite. Excellent work and would use again.

I found Pyramid Plumbing to be an excellent Company overall. Very prompt in responding to my request and sending out a member of staff (Sam) to asses and quote for the work. Sam was outstanding in every respect, I cannot praise him high enough. He was thorough and detailed in his assessment of the work needed The subsequent quote for the work which, I accepted, was clearly itemised and very competitive. Sam then returned to carry out the work and was professional, quick, thorough, and unfazed by the vagaries of Regency plumbing, I cannot recommend both Sam and the Company high enough

Our central heating wasn't working. The plumber came the same day eventually tracked the problem to the thermostat controller. He came the next day and fitted a new unit. The charge was very reasonable.
