  Solving and repairing a leaking roof valley

  I had already spent about £6,000 on my leaking roof, without it being solved at all. Peter, of P.W.Maitainance, came to look at the situation, told me he knew exactly what to do to solve it, and proceeded to do exactly that. Not only did he resolve and repair the situation extremely quickly, he only charged me £2,000, and also gave me a ten year guarantee. He was very reliable, always came when he said he would, and was very easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any roof problems.

  Chimney waterproofing

  Three chimneys needed waterproofing. Peter kept me informed all the time of when he would be coming. The team were professional, tidy and worked well, they always do. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Flat roof - fibreglass

  Excellent communication and quick response when our existing flat roof sprung a leak. Careful checking of roof and work required. Discussed the options available. Quick and efficient renovation with fibreglass layer. Job done late February so had to work flexibly around weather conditions. Recommend Pete if you need this sort of job on your flat roof.

  Roof repairs

  I phoned PW Maintenance & Roofing following several leaks into our bedrooms from the roof. Despite a hectic workload and heavy rain Peter came along at the earliest opportunity - under one hour after our conversation. He had a good idea of what was causing the leak. Peter got to the root of the problem. As soon as it was possible the work was carried out.

  Roof repairs around a velux window and gutter maintenance

  Peter was prompt in replying to our issue with the roof and arranging a visit. Have now used his company a few times on guttering, roofing and repairing a velux window leak. His team of workers are polite, tidy, keep us informed of what they are doing and would therefore highly recommend him and his team.
