  Great work done, polite and friendly team

  The father and son team have been very friendly and understanding of the state of my mother's property. They were able to visit and assess the work that needed doing and quoted a reasonable price for the work. We were fortunate in that they were able to get the work done before the weather gets worse and the work has been completed to an excellent standard. I also appreciate them taking the time to observe and point out an issue I was unaware of due to not being able to get onto the roof myself. Will be hiring again for future work that needs doing.

  Great team with exceptional pride in standard of their work

  We have recently had Peter and his team come and replace our roofing felt and patch a hole in our soffit. He and the team have done the roof to a very high standard and have gone above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone looking at getting repairs done to their roof. It's been a longer job than hoped as some days the weather meant it simply wasn't safe for them to be up on the scaff, but it's good to know he prioritises his teams' safety and shows you the kind of man he is. Very personable man, great communication, lads always on time and reasonably priced.

  Brilliant roofer

  Peter from P.W.Maintenance has once again come to my rescue and quickly diagnosed and fixed a leak in my roof. He fixed another roof leak I had a few years ago which I had already paid thousands of pounds to a builder who said he had fixed it (he hadn’t). Peter diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed it. That problem has never reoccurred. He also fixed my neighbors roof leak. Again, this had been a problem for years, with many teams of builders failing to fix it. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s an absolute genius with roofs. He also comes when he says he will.

  Arrived date and time arranged for quote,Mr Winter very polite and explained exactly what work needed to be carried out. His team arrived and worked in the pouring rain to complete work.Would definitely recommend this company excellent job done.

  Gutter repairs

  Peter is an excellent communicator. He arrived within 24 hours to fix a guttering bracket which had come loose in high winds. He also fixed the leaky seals whilst he was here. Very professional throughout. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family
