Peter was recommended by a relative which I always think is a good starting point. He visited to give an accurate quote for the work I wanted done and it was fixed ie “no hidden surprises.” Peter’s team were very polite yet professional and did a great job, always letting me know what they were doing and making sure I was happy with that. They have done such a great job and even cleaned up all the mess created by such a big project. Would highly recommend.

Peter and his team were fantastic from the first phone call. I had a leaking roof so Peter concluded that the felt and tiles of a section of the roof had to be replaced as well as re-doing the flashing on two chimneys. The service and work was excellent. Peter is very professional, patient and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

We had problems with an aged and leaking roof. Peter's quote for the job was detailed and within our budget. Work started very quickly, and the results are fantastic. Many faults and problems were rectified, and the two roof sections of the front elevation of the house now sport a splendid new set of tiles. The guys who did the work were efficient, proficient, friendly, and enthusiastic. They quite rightly took pride in the work they do. I wish we had found PW Maintenance and Roofing Services earlier.

Peter and his team had done private work on my bungalow so, as Treasurer of Staplegrove Church, I recommended him to our Estate Committee for repairs to one of our flat roofs which had been badly done by another firm and leaked badly. Polite as ever, he and his team arrived on time and completed the work as per their schedule and to a high standard. It’s been great to have the buckets in the porch removed, and plans are now in place to redecorate the inside of the porch in full confidence that the roof leaks no more! I thoroughly recommend Peter and his team - you won’t be disappointed.

Phoned Peter last week as needed a gap in our guttering repaired. He came out very quickly and gave us a good quote. He came back this week and did the job very well. Very professional and friendly service.

Peter provided a very competitive quote which I accepted. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent communicator. His two man team (Conor and Darren) did an excellent job with good humour and they left the site clean and tidy. Peter did an excellent job on the balcony and he happily went the extra mile when I requested extra work. Overall, I cannot fault Peter and his team . They’re highly recommended and are now my ‘go to’ team for house repairs!!
