  Contacted Phil who agreed to visit and give a quote. Confirmed they were coming the day before. Didn't turn up on the agreed date/time and has since ghosted me.

  Used the company to upgrade our en-suite. The work has been completed to a really good standard and we are booking in with them to do more work to our bathroom.
