I contacted Purple Home Improvements on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom. Phil was able to visit quickly and offered plenty of helpful suggestions. While I had a clear idea of what I didn’t want, he managed to come up with a design that I truly love. I chose the paint, tiles, and flooring, and Phil took care of the rest. Some of the finer details—like the tile trim, the choice of bath and shower, and the colour of the laminate—were his decisions, and they all look fantastic. Contacted Phil who agreed to visit and give a quote. Confirmed they were coming the day before. Didn't turn up on the agreed date/time and has since ignored me.

Used the company to upgrade our en-suite. The work has been completed to a really good standard and we are booking in with them to do more work to our bathroom.
