  After advertising the job on Checkatrade. Within 12 hours Purple Hearts contacted me, diagnosed the problem, provided me with a fair quote and booked me in-excellent! Communication throughout was professional and consistent. When Ashley and his team arrived, they were courteous and thorough. They provided me with options and once agreed, they got to work. The work they carried out was to a high standard and the best thing of all, they left the area spotless unlike other tradesmen we’ve had before. Great service, highly recommended and will definitely use again.

  Tap replacement

  I contacted Purple Hearts to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, Ashley attended my property and advised I needed a replacement tap, which I was content with. There was a disagreement thereafter in terms of price. I have no reason to think this was in bad faith; it may have been unclear communication, it may be I misunderstood what was said to me, it may have been a combination of those two. We resolved this but it was unfortunate and I think it left a bit of a bad taste for both of us. Ashley's work was fine and the communication was good. Ashley did need to return to make an adjustment.
