    Nice fast response to Check a trade request for a quote - great price for the job proposed. Ashley came round the following day and completed part of the job requested, due to some confusion in the office. Ashley is very personable, polite, accommodating and supportive with his knowledge. He did a brilliant job and be back to complete the other half of the job when quoted. Thank you

    Shower unit replaced

    Shower's PRD tripped yesterday and I needed a new unit fitted quickly, literally had a reply within the hour (considering this was after 7pm was awesome) got a quote and plumber was around pretty much first thing. Price quoted I felt was reasonable, and my housemate who was in at the time the plumber turned up said he was friendly, professional and overall a 'great bloke'

    Leaking pipe under kitchen sink

    Found a leak in the flexi pipe under the kitchen sink. Relieved a reply quickly to the job. Requests of photos and description of job requested. Quote given quickly and came out that evening to fix. Pipe replaced as well as another small leak which was found and bolts tightened. Really pleased with communication and repair. Extremely grateful!

    sink installed downstairs bathroom

    I needed a sink downstairs fitted downstairs bathroom of a house I bought. I spoke to a lot of plumbers who didn't come back to me or said the job was too complicated. Ashley came along and was extremely thorough in the planning and managed to install this. he is polite, patient and professional. I can't recommend him enough.
