Nice fast response to Check a trade request for a quote - great price for the job proposed. Shower's PRD tripped yesterday and I needed a new unit fitted quickly, literally had a reply within the hour (considering this was after 7pm was awesome) got a quote and plumber was around pretty much first thing. Price quoted I felt was reasonable, and my housemate who was in at the time the plumber turned up said he was friendly, professional and overall a 'great bloke'

Found a leak in the flexi pipe under the kitchen sink. Relieved a reply quickly to the job. Requests of photos and description of job requested. Quote given quickly and came out that evening to fix. Pipe replaced as well as another small leak which was found and bolts tightened. Really pleased with communication and repair. Extremely grateful!
