Great service! Arrange to visit asap work was carried out to locate and fix the leak. Unfortunately the leak came back, so we notified them again and they came straight back out to sort it for us. There was no fuss about re-attending and they apologised that it wasn't sorted on the first visit. We've had no further issues since and we're really satisfied with the service. Everything was included in the price too, which was reassuring to know.

Easy to work with and looks great

Ashley did a great job moving the radiator. He did a very professional and tidy job. I will definitely be calling Ashley again for future work.

I have no hesitation in recommending Purple Hearts. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, attended the next day to remove my old shower and install a new one, left the bathroom spotless. I had a few technical issues which I contacted Ash later that day to discuss and he was so helpful and returned the next day to check. The issue was nothing to do with the new shower but the existing pull cord, which in fairness I already knew was a problem but I didn’t put two and two together. Ash is coming back next week to sort that too. Absolute gent, friendly, great communication and super helpful!

Purple Hearts replied quickly to my job post, clarified measurements and quoted a very good price. They made an appointment the same morning. Ashley was prompt, efficient and very polite and friendly. I was delighted with the work and would highly recommend.
