Firstly, they turned up half an hour late! After spending 2.5 hours there they informed me they were leaving as they had finished. I went there and locked up. A day later the Estate agency did an end of tenancy check out, where it was found they had not cleaned the washing machine, oven or under the toilet seat! I was therefore charged an additional £80 because these items had not been cleaned. I approached Shannon to advise of the items that had not been cleaned, only for them to come up with a load of rubbish as to why they would not reimburse me for the loss of deposit.

I’m sorry that you feel this way I did inform you that I would be late because of weather conditions and road closures I had to refuse your refund because the documents that you provided me with and saying it was damaged to the property, not the Clean
