You arrived on time, clarified what was required through the session, managed my expectations exceedingly well and you were polite and courteous the whole time.   Scott responded promptly to my request, which set the tone for his visit, where he managed my expectations well on time frames and cost. The work was more challenging that first anticipated and Scott was determined to solve the problem, leaving me with a fully functioning shower. I was very happy with Scott, his attitude and his work.
