Really good service for Mould removal. We suffered with mould in various rooms for years. Tried many different products and none worked. After having this treatment, the mould has gone. This company was very helpful and communicative from the initial telephone conversation in which the process was explained to me in detail to the very friendly and pleasant employee who came and carried out the work. He arrived on time, got rid of the mould completely and then explained to me clearly about what would happen next and advised on the best way of keeping my property free of mould in future. I instructed Pure Maintenance Ltd to review a damp patch in my kitchen. They confirmed it was rising damp. They also carried out an air quality test, which was very thorough and interesting. A highly knowledgeable engineer did the work Not the cheapest of companies, but good communication from start to finish and extensive and thorough reporting of all the issues. Job location: NN14Really happy with the service from my first call to the work being complete. The team are very knowledgeable and offered advice, solution. Pure Maintenance UK is a mould remediation service operating across residential
and commercial properties, using a patented two-step dry fog process.
We're diagnosis-led. Before any treatment, our survey identifies where the
moisture is coming from. Where it's condensation or humidity, we'll recommend a
full treatment plus a ventilation plan. Where there's an active leak or
structural damp, our survey pinpoints it and tells you exactly what needs
putting right, so it can be repaired at the root by the right trade.
Step one is InstaPURE. Our dry fog is made of microscopic droplets that stay
airborne and behave almost like a gas, so it treats every exposed surface — and
the air itself — reaching into carpets, soft furnishings, folds and recesses a
cloth or spray can't. It oxidises and destroys the living mould and brings spore
counts down to the outdoor-air benchmark. The chemistry breaks down to acetic
acid (vinegar), water and oxygen, so there's no lasting disinfectant residue,
and it's safe to return the same day.
Step two is EverPURE, a durable antimicrobial layer that helps resist regrowth.
Results are confirmed by independent lab analysis — you get it in writing. Every job is carried
out under a full COSHH assessment with actives authorised at manufacturer level.
