  Richard and Grant were likeable and professional and I was very pleased with the work done and the peace of mind Richard gave me about the likely cause of the mould issue. He was also extremely helpful in providing good advice on preventative measures to avoid any recurrence.

  Very impressed with the results and the technology seems very effective

  I had to hire Pure Maintenance from afar, trusting my judgement to get rid of mould in several places in my rented house. They communicated several times during the build up to the job. They sent me photos of the problem before treatment and after treatment and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the walls were. As I didn't get the survey carried out beforehand I wasn't given a guarantee for the works but they have sent me a certificate for the work and they assure me that the mould shouldn't come back unless there's a ongoing problem.

  Mould removal and treatment

  Do NOT use this company. After our fog treatment, the smell of mould came back the very same night and has persisted since despite airing. Whilst the technician improved the visible mould, I have no confidence that they eradicated mould from behind walls and under floorboards. They also couldn't confirm it would be fully removed (which is strange if you're paying an arm and a leg for the service). Despite paying a huge amount for the job, the technician didn't even come equipped with the endoscope camera to assess inside wall cavities, under floorboards, etc. Samples also not taken.

  Mould removal treatment

  Excellent communication from start to finish and Dale in the office was always on hand to answer any questions. George, the technician, texted me with expected arrival time and then explained the process to me in detail. Once job was completed he went through the house explaining any findings and recommendations to help alleviate future problems. All in all an excellent company and would highly recommend to deal with mould remediation. Guarantee provided, so any future issues in the next year will be remedied free of charge. I'm confident there wont be any more issues. Thank you!!
