Communication was good before during and after. Work was completed to a good standard and comprehensive advice was also given both verbally and via an 84 page report post completion.

Really good service for Mould removal. We suffered with mould in various rooms for years. Tried many different products and none worked. After having this treatment, the mould has gone. We are now 6 months later and it has not returned. You also get really good advice and reports.

This company was very helpful and communicative from the initial telephone conversation in which the process was explained to me in detail to the very friendly and pleasant employee who came and carried out the work. He arrived on time, got rid of the mould completely and then explained to me clearly about what would happen next and advised on the best way of keeping my property free of mould in future. They then followed up with a report summarizing this advice. Couldn’t be happier.

What can I say... was told a time they would be here and they were here exactly on time very friendly very informative on the process and procedures and more than happy to answer questions (I had alot) i would 100% recommend for damp ann mould issues in your home, communications leading to the treatment and after are all 5 star could not be happier

I instructed Pure Maintenance Ltd to review a damp patch in my kitchen. They confirmed it was rising damp. They also carried out an air quality test, which was very thorough and interesting. A highly knowledgeable engineer did the work Not the cheapest of companies, but good communication from start to finish and extensive and thorough reporting of all the issues. Very impressive.

Really happy with the service from my first call to the work being complete. The team are very knowledgeable and offered advice, solution.
