  Extension roof repair.

  Extension roof repair due to leaking. Quotation given before work carried out and a timescale of when work would be done. Regular phone calls to confirm work would be carried out as soon as the adverse weather had settled. Roof was stripped of tiles, felt and flashing and ridge tiles. End caps placed on gable end to stop deterioration of roof felt . It was carried out by two tradesmen who were thorough and professional in their work from start to finish. All was replaced and the results are amazing.They turned up promptly on the pre-arranged date, fully equipped to carry out the work.

  Renewal of garage roof

  My request for advice was promptly followed up with a site visit and initial estimate given. On closer inspection more work was advised to which I agreed and a price quoted and agreed. The work was started within a day and completed satisfactorily on time. The men doing the job were diligent and very pleasant.

  Reliable & efficient

  I recently employed PHI to remove old corrugated roof sheeting made of asbestos from a lean-to attached to the garage.The workmen wore masks and protective clothing, bagged and taped the material and removed it. A new timber roof covered in two layers of felt was erected on a strong timber frame bolted to the garage wall. Throughout, the workmen were friendly and polite but above all, were efficient. When the work was completed, all debris was removed and the area left tidy. A reliable, efficient and helpful company and I would happily employ them again.

  Flat roof replacement

  From first contact for a quotation and completion of replacing roofing felt and rotten boards were entirely professional. Very pleased with finished work by two very pleasant individuals. I have no hesitation in recommending PHI for excellent work and reasonable cost.
