From the moment I contacted Purbeck Home Improvements they were on it . The underpinning work was quite urgent as the structure was slowly collapsing due to shoddy workmanship by builders who erected the structure 12 years ago. Very professional Kelly who coordinated the work kept me updated regularly as plans by a structural engineer were needed before work could proceed. The company. The work took 8 days to complete by two professional hard working individuals. polite, nothing was too much trouble. Cleared up everyday. The attention to detail was superb. Excellent Company.

From the initial consultation up to completion Kelly kept me updated at all times. Removing a wall is a messy job, but Marlon and his team cleared up as much as possible after each stage. I would highly recommend them for any similar work.

PHI have made an excellent job in replacing both pitched and flat roofs on my property in a Conservation Area. Their service included liaising with Building Inspectors and arranging structural engineers.
