One of my radiators was pulling away from the plasterboard fixings - they organised to come by within a couple of days, arrived on time and completed the job without issue. They explained each step and their fixes throughout the task, and even hoovered up afterwards. Phil and his team were first class when replacing a shower in our en suite which had been previously poorly installed by another company. When I reached out to Phil to explain we had a leaking shower, he came out the same day to arrange a temporary fix, before coming back a few days later to advise on the best course of action with getting it sorted properly. Phil turned up on time, assessed the situation and replaced the leaky pipe, all in a couple hours time. He had to remove some panels and boxing for access and asked for permission, and advised me on the price of the work before starting.
