Phil, Jack and Luke are absolutely golden. I’ve booked them in for a few services (including installing a new boiler and a new shower, and fixing a leak) and always have a very positive experience with them. Timely, professional, thorough and friendly - every time.

From contacting PTH Plumbing to the completion of job relacing a very old outside tap they provided an excellent service. Luke was friendly and a very neat worker, suggesting replacing the stopcock which had seized up. I would give them 5 stars and I will use them again.

Jack and Luke visited today to fix a leak under the shower and a leaking kitchen tap. Professional throughout and clear in explaining the work - it was obvious they were experienced. Everything is now working properly, and they tidied up before leaving, which I appreciated. Very happy with the result and would happily use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

Phil, Jake and Luke have been brilliant. We used them for a couple of small jobs and bathroom refit. We wanted to turn our bathtub into a walk-in shower and they did a very clean and tidy job. They gave us a detailed breakdown of all the costs and solved a small issue we had with the supplier. Last but not least, they took all the rubbish with them. Highly recommended!

responsive, great communication easy to arrange works to be completed. Turned up on time after being mucked around by other tradesman this was a nice change. lovely lads who attended to provide quote and then come back to complete work. Both tradesman worked extremely hard for a very long day to get all work done we were very appreciative. Both were very polite and tidied up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault these guys, they went above and beyond, finding a workable solution when an unexpected issue cropped up on the day. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be calling on them again for other projects
