  Resolving bathroom & shower room issues

  When the bath was used the water back-flowed into the neighbouring shower & flooded the kitchen below. This occurred during the Xmas holiday period. Paul responded quickly and said he’d fit it between other work. He kept me informed of when he could make it to try to identify what was causing the issue. He gave me options of what could be done & I chose to have work done in increments. He kept me updated of work timelines & any unavoidable schedule changes. I really appreciated his advice, cleanliness & the standard of work.

  It’s Giving Luxury Spa

  We are still overwhelmed by how incredible our bathroom looks and can’t thank Paul enough for bringing my vision to life. We chose the materials and parts online which Paul checked over prior to purchase and was then able to complete the job from start to finish which saved us a lot of time and money. He was very knowledgable and patient with my ongoing changes, I don’t think we could have found a better person for the job! I would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work.

  High standards of workmanship.

  First rate job in every way. Paul fitted two new radiators for me and a particularly tricky outside tap. I felt the work was carried out as if it was his own house, with great attention to detail. Will definitely be using again in the future.
