I cannot praise Paul highly enough for his work. He responded promptly, came and measured up, and then set about tracking down a suitable replacement seat for our unusual toilet! Despite being let down by suppliers he did not give up and today he brought the new seat and installed it. It's perfect, and a good price too, especially considering all his extra time. Paul kept in touch frequently by phone, he has good communication skills and is polite and helpful. I absolutely recommend him and we now very much hope he will be available when we need to renew our shower room.

Paul did a fantastic job, replaced old shower pod with new quadrant enclosure, dual use shower and panelling. He carried out work quickly and efficiently as it was for my elderly dad. I can thoroughly recommend him

Paul was able to start and complete the full installation on time and within budget. Paul also worked with the challenging uneven floor, walls and ceiling skillfully. He designed the refit to compliment the age of the house and to meet my requirements. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I am now the proud owner of a fabulous and stylish new bathroom.

Paul was excellent. He replaced damaged pipework and scale, fitting a new sealed tundish in the airing cupboard. He also replaced the thermostatic bar mixer in the ensuite shower and repaired a leak under the kitchen sink fitting new pipework and adding an isolation valve. Very clean and tidy work ethic. Very professional job and very happy with the cost as well. Highly recommend Paul.
