Installation of seven air conditioning units in my home.

Jack W, Adam J and Harrison M were punctual, polite and very professional. They did an excellent job and the office staff were also very prompt and efficient. The surveyor was clearly very experienced and planned the installation with the minimum of external trunking. I would highly recommend this company.

Had four Aircon units installed throughout the house along with two external units.

This is my second aircon installation with Protocool as having just moved house. This time Jack W was the main installation engineer with Adam J supporting. Gary was the project manager. External Pavillion / Garden Office

First off we agreed a date and time, which they adhered to perfectly. The two engineers they sent along (Jack and Adam) were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job hiding cables and pipes so inside all you see is the unit on the wall. The outdoor unit was put on a proper rubber base to help with vibration and noise. Having installed and commissioned it they spent time showing me what I could do and how it all worked. This was accomplished within a five-hour period. Jack and Adam are a credit to the Protocool and we will of course use them again.
