  We chose Protocool as they were recommended and had the courtesy to reply to our initial enquiries regarding air conditioning. Phil was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the differing ac installations and very quick to respond to additional questions. We have high praise for the installers Jack and the two Adam’s because on the days of installation the temperature was the year’s highest so working in the loft was no fun. And yet, despite this, they still carried on completing the installation in 2 days. Furthermore, all the Protocool staff we contacted either directly or by phone

  After a bit of a delay due to sudden high AC demand due to the current weather, our unit was fitted super neatly and efficiently. Jack W and Adam B and Tom the electrician were all friendly and professional.

  Very positive experience dealing with Protocool. Zak was patient during the sales process and never pushy. The quote was detailed and covered the options we were interested in. Jack W and Adam B worked outstandingly during the install, during a heat wave. They were professional, neat and tidy and basically didn’t stop. I would recommend these guys.

  Protocool was recommended by a neighbour and we chose them to install air conditioning for our house. Zak and Gary were both super helpful and knowledgeable about the systems and the fitters Jack and Adam were very tidy, friendly and made the sure the install was done neatly and setup the app and ran through controls at the end.

  We were recommended to Protocool for a three-room system installation and couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, the process was seamless. Zak in the office provided a prompt estimate and was incredibly efficient, handling our follow-up emails quickly as we finalized the details of our requirements. The installation was carried out by Jack W. and Adam B., who arrived exactly on schedule. They were professional, polite, and exceptionally tidy workers throughout the job. We are very pleased with the high standard of their craftsmanship and would highly recommend both engineers
