Protocool was recommended by a neighbour and we chose them to install air conditioning for our house. Zak and Gary were both super helpful and knowledgeable about the systems and the fitters Jack and Adam were very tidy, friendly and made the sure the install was done neatly and setup the app and ran through controls at the end.

We were recommended to Protocool for a three-room system installation and couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, the process was seamless. Zak in the office provided a prompt estimate and was incredibly efficient, handling our follow-up emails quickly as we finalized the details of our requirements. Excellent service from Protocool, fitted a system downstairs a couple of years ago so decided to have similar set up upstairs. Professional advice given with polite staff on the phone and engineers fitting system very polite and talked you through final set up of system on the app.
