    Richard has been extremely helpful and very professional with our unfortunate inherited visitors when we moved into our very first house. Explained everything from the beginning, so we knew what he was doing, what to expect and what was going to happen. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend him.

    Richard was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was clear and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He fully explained the process from preparation prior to his visit to what to do and not to do following treatment which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard.

    A buyers surveyor had reported woodworm in our loft which was quite worrying. A lovely chap called Harry came out with no callout charge to confirm that it was historic and put our minds at rest that we have no woodworm! I would recommend this company

Our aim is to provide a stress-free treatment, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. We work in a small team; we communicate and work together well. Our customers appreciate that out team work efficiently, with a strict ethos of timekeeping allowing projects to be delivered on time without disrupting your schedule.
