Richard has been extremely helpful and very professional with our unfortunate inherited visitors when we moved into our very first house. Explained everything from the beginning, so we knew what he was doing, what to expect and what was going to happen. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend him.

A buyers surveyor had reported woodworm in our loft which was quite worrying. A lovely chap called Harry came out with no callout charge to confirm that it was historic and put our minds at rest that we have no woodworm! I would recommend this company
