We noticed that our 25 year old oak barn-style carport was suffering a woodworm attack. Richard Cook of PPC answered my query promptly and attended for a (free) survey to advise on the appropriate course of action. He and a colleague then came back in January 2026 and thoroughly drenched the structure after I had cleared it out. I would have no hesitation in using him again or indeed recommending him to others with a similar issue. Professional, reliable, knowledgable, thorough and responsive to queries.

Folks came in to deal with a woodworm problem. They explained what the damage was, the timescales of when it would likely progress and what the options were for fixing it. They did a great job, cleaned up behind themselves, and were super approachable.
