Richard has helped us twice now with rodent problems. Once with a rat in the kitchen and more recently with mice in the loft. Both times our problems has been eradicated quickly and efficiently. Asked several companies for quotes to remove fleas from house where previous owner had several cats. This company was by far the most professional in answering questions before I placed the contract. We noticed that our 25 year old oak barn-style carport was suffering a woodworm attack. Richard Cook of PPC answered my query promptly and attended for a (free) survey to advise on the appropriate course of action. He and a colleague then came back in January 2026 and thoroughly drenched the structure after I had cleared it out.
