Kelvin conducted the annual service on my intruder alarm, CCTV and front gate intercom systems. As always, Kelvin was punctual, professional, thorough and courteous during the servicing procedure. Apart from the replacement of some consumables (which I was made of aware of and approved before being changed) all systems were working perfectly which is unsurprising given Kelvin's knowledge, skill and "can-do" attitude to his work.
