  Security and Fire Alarms

  Protect CSM provided a whole new wired security and smoke alarm system as part of a house refurbishment project. Kelvin was very efficient, friendly, helpful and did everything they said they would do, on time and to a very high standard and worked well with the other building contractors on the project. The new system is really good and the phone based app is very easy to use and provides all the information we need. I would highly recommend them.

  Protect CSM carried out a fantastic job, very efficient and on time, the work carried out expertly and making adjustments as required. I was taken through the operation of the system and installation of the app on my phone really clearly and we've been really impressed from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  Burglar alarm system and CCTV service and maintenance

  Kelly and Kelvin were excellent in all correspondence and service offered by Protect CSM. They were helpful around scheduling a service visit to suit me and Kelvin did an excellent job servicing an older alarm system that hadn’t been used for a while. He also fixed my CCTV HD and got the cameras working again where others had failed. Kelvin is not only polite and helpful, he is a genius! The invoice Kelly sent through was extremely reasonable even though he had done additional work. I cannot recommend Protect CSM highly enough, they are an excellent company.

  Ongoing maintenance & support

  Kelvin conducted the annual service on my intruder alarm, CCTV and front gate intercom systems. As always, Kelvin was punctual, professional, thorough and courteous during the servicing procedure. Apart from the replacement of some consumables (which I was made of aware of and approved before being changed) all systems were working perfectly which is unsurprising given Kelvin's knowledge, skill and "can-do" attitude to his work. Always a pleasure to welcome Kelvin in to my home and I would recommend him to anyone looking to install, upgrade or replace their security systems.
