First time we have used Kelvin Pay of Protect CSM to service our alarm system following a recommendation from a friend and can thoroughly recommend him. Very thorough, explained exactly what work would be carried out and tested the system after completing the work. Very pleasant and felt totally comfortable with him. Will definitely use him to service our system in the future! 10/10

Kelvin was just brilliant. He slotted us in as soon as he could so we didn’t wait long. He carried out the work with his team really efficiently, they were so lovely and considerate. All the work was very neat and they cleared up after themselves. Would 100% recommend.

Protect CSM provided a whole new wired security and smoke alarm system as part of a house refurbishment project. Kelvin was very efficient, friendly, helpful and did everything they said they would do, on time and to a very high standard and worked well with the other building contractors on the project. The new system is really good and the phone based app is very easy to use and provides all the information we need. I would highly recommend them.

Protect CSM carried out a fantastic job, very efficient and on time, the work carried out expertly and making adjustments as required.
