Kelvin was just brilliant. He slotted us in as soon as he could so we didn’t wait long. He carried out the work with his team really efficiently, they were so lovely and considerate. All the work was very neat and they cleared up after themselves. Would 100% recommend.

Protect CSM provided a whole new wired security and smoke alarm system as part of a house refurbishment project. Kelvin was very efficient, friendly, helpful and did everything they said they would do, on time and to a very high standard and worked well with the other building contractors on the project. The new system is really good and the phone based app is very easy to use and provides all the information we need. I would highly recommend them.

Protect CSM carried out a fantastic job, very efficient and on time, the work carried out expertly and making adjustments as required. I was taken through the operation of the system and installation of the app on my phone really clearly and we've been really impressed from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Kelly and Kelvin were excellent in all correspondence and service offered by Protect CSM. They were helpful around scheduling a service visit to suit me and Kelvin did an excellent job servicing an older alarm system that hadn’t been used for a while. He also fixed my CCTV HD and got the cameras working again where others had failed. Kelvin is not only polite and helpful, he is a genius! The invoice Kelly sent through was extremely reasonable even though he had done additional work. I cannot recommend Protect CSM highly enough, they are an excellent company.
