  Luke and his apprentice came out to me at very short notice as I had been really let down by another plumber. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. Luke took time to make sure that the job was done. Very tidy . Thank you and will definitely use Luke again .

  Can highly recommend this company. Came and diagnosed and fixed my oil boiler system within 24hrs of it breaking down, both Luke and Connor were extremely professional, efficient and showed clear knowledge and experience and most importantly were happy to explain everything in layman’s terms. I will most definitely use this company again for my annual service.

  I have used Protec to service my domestic boiler a few years now. Luke is reliable, efficient, clean and very friendly. He explains what he is doing. There have never been any hidden costs. I will continue to use Protec because it is an excellent service.
