Luke is very reliable, polite, trustworthy and is very thorough in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend as an expert in his field. Had two plumbers before him and both made a hash. Luke sorted out all the problems. Very pleased with his work. He's sorted out my gasfire, fitted a radiator and fixed a hands-free toilet flush. So pleased.

Luke came round at short notice to sort out a boiler leak. He identified the issues straight away, fixed the problem and the boiler is now in good working order once again. He was very friendly and responsive.

Luke arrived confirmed what the issue was & carried out faulting, explaining as he did. once Luke had found the fault & fixed, he carried out multiple test to confirm that it was now fixed. A good experience, thanks Luke.

Our boiler would not light as the pilot light would not stay alight. We call Protec after trying a number of other plumbing firms. They answered our call straight away and agreed to call in on his way home. He identified the problem quickly and was able to fit the new part and get the boiler working quickly. After the recent freezing temperatures we were very pleased and relieved. Efficient friendly and very helpful. We will call him first from now on. The cost was very reasonable in all the circumstances. Thank you

Made the appointment some time ago, Luke reached out and confirmed the appointment the day before. Arrived on time, was polite respectful and professional. This is the second job he has done for me, highly recommend.
