Luke replied to calls promptly and was able to Come out and diagnose the fault really quickly. He ordered the correct parts and came back within a couple of days fixing the issues. Really happy with the services from protec and will definitely use them again.

Luke and his apprentice came out to me at very short notice as I had been really let down by another plumber. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. Luke took time to make sure that the job was done. Very tidy . Thank you and will definitely use Luke again .
