  I called on a Sunday but was able to reach Prospect immediately. Tony answered and was happy to book the repair for the following morning. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and super efficient.   The installation went well, with the installer coming on the same day as the work requested. They were on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They also looked at a faulty radiator and fixed it FOC! Would definitely use again and encourage others to use them!

  New boiler installation

  Tony was very professional come diagnosed the problem with the boiler due to the part and cost I asked to replace the boiler. I was very happy with the price and tony completed the job next day. Very pleased with prospect plumbers ltd. Will highly recommend.

  New boiler fitted

  Tony did a fantastic job for us. We returned home after Xmas with a faulty boiler and he recommended we install a new one considering a £600+ bill to fix it with no guarantee of it working well after. He then worked all sunday morning from 8am to install it and also came back again the week after to finish off a small part of the job in the evening. Would definitely recommend.
