I live a 4-5 mins drive from Prospect Heating. highlighted that an autistic child lived at the property and the engineer needed to come during working hours. 3 days after booking a call out - 1. Engineer arrived at 8pm and spent 9 mins at the property - £90 2. Two options were recommended - 1, A new tank / thermostat - £1500 (one days work) the parts are £500 and the labour £1000. 2. A new valve £240 (parts were £68 and labour £172), I accepted the £240 job which took 34 mins (engineer arrived at 8pm) and the leak continued. 3. I was told a new tank as required - £1500 I feel ripped off….

Absolutely fantastic at his job. Very happy with his service. Fixed my boiler when everyone els could not.

I spoke to Tony from (prospect heating and Gas Ltd). And he come round the day after we spoke and done an absolutely fantastic job repairing 4 parts of my old Bosch boiler. And was very clean. I had a few Other Gas engineers that could not diagnose my Boiler. . But Tony was very professional and experienced. He knew exactly what was needed and carried out the works at a decent price and time. 5*****. Yes I will definitely 100% Recommend Tony from (prospect heating and Gas Ltd).

Really pleased with the way in which the work was completed , called the team as my mums heating wasn't working, and now mums nice and warm so I couldn't be happier.
